RevDrive.ai works with mid-market organizations. Most of our clients have a strong internal sales and marketing team, but need help covering down on their CRM, other sales and marketing tech stacks or consulting on trending sales best practices.

What type of service and interaction with your team will I get?

We are not a large agency! We prefer to work with a handful of clients through long term engagements. This lets us understand your business and really get engrained with your teams. We usually ask to be part of your team/slack/chat and want to work hand in hand with your marketing and sales teams. We want you to feel like we are an extension of your internal team.

What does pricing structure look like?

We generally engage our clients on a monthly retainer. Depending on the scope of work these fees range from $5,000 to $20,000 per month. For CRM implementations, migrations or other one off projects we can also scope out a one time fee.

What CRM's do you work with?

We are experts with HubSpot, SalesForce and Zoho. If you use these, or any combination of them, we can help you with everything from setup to custom integrations.

If I already have a CRM admin is there any benefit to working with RevDrive?

Having an admin, or someone on staff acting as one is great, but there's usually a limit to how much they understand your whole marketing and sales process. We go way above just customizing fields or making CRM changes. We map out your entire sales and marketing process and help determine what data needs to be captured, including integrating outside tools and most importantly we build and train your team to leverage this data.  

I already went through an onboarding with Hubspot/SalesForce/Zoho, what else would you do?

The initial onboardings from a CRM provider, or partner is a great first start to using a CRM. RevDrive brings you from the baseline you've set up to a robust tech stack. Because we usually work on retainer with our clients for years, we get a much deeper understanding of your business and therefore can structure your CRM and customize it for you better than any initial onboarding.

Can you help me unify backend data with our CRM? Financials, billing, client data is missing from our CRM.

Yes! Having a CRM with backend data is super critical to a good sales process. Upsells, cross-sells and following champions as they move companies is a huge revenue driver for most businesses. Not having client data in your CRM severely limits your sales team on pursuing these opportunities.
